Jayb is an AI budgeting app and money manager you can run by voice. Open Jayb AI from any screen, tap the mic and talk in English, Urdu or a mix of both: say what you spent, ask how your month is going, or tell it to set a budget, and it answers out loud. It understands amounts the way people say them, like 'dhai hazaar' or 'derh lakh', and matches the names of your own accounts, people and categories even when they're misheard.

Say it the way you'd say it

  • English, Urdu, or both in one sentence: 'kal 500 ka petrol dalwaya cash se' works as well as 'I spent 500 on petrol yesterday'.
  • Amounts in digits or words, with hazaar, lakh and crore, and halves and quarters like derh, dhai, sawa and pone.
  • Dates and times from what you say: 'kal', 'last Friday', 'this morning'.
  • An amount said in another currency is converted into the account's currency at your own rate or today's market rate, with the rate noted.

It talks back

  • When you talk, it answers out loud, in the language you used; when you type, it answers quietly on screen.
  • Spoken replies are short and plain. Charts, tables and figures stay on screen while it talks.
  • Tap the orb to stop it speaking. It remembers whether you last talked or typed.

Much more than adding expenses

  • Ask anything: 'How much did I spend on food this month?', 'Who still owes me?', 'Am I on track?'
  • Edit or delete an entry, move it to another account, or make it repeat.

Questions

Which languages can I speak?

English and Urdu, including both in the same sentence. It replies in the language you used.

Is it always listening?

No. It only listens while you hold the mic, or after you tap the mic until you tap again to send.

What if it mishears a name or an amount?

It matches what it heard to your own accounts, people and categories. If something that matters is still unclear, it asks you before saving anything, and every change it makes has Undo.

Can I type instead?

Yes. Type whenever you like; it answers on screen, and it remembers whether you last typed or talked.
